The four tiers

How to upgrade

Go to Settings and tap Subscription. You will see your current tier and the options above it. Tap Upgrade, choose a tier, and confirm payment. The upgrade takes effect immediately. Your card is charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle, then the full new amount on the next renewal date.

How to downgrade

Go to Settings, tap Subscription, and choose a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access to your current tier’s features until then. After the cycle ends, features not included in the lower tier will no longer be active, but your data (prayers, journals, entries) is never deleted when you downgrade.

How to cancel

Go to Settings, tap Subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription. No questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account moves to the Seedling free tier. All your data remains accessible.

Cornerstone lifetime tier

Cornerstone is a one-time payment of $1,500 that gives you lifetime access to every current and future feature. It is capped at 150 founding seats. Once those seats are gone, the tier is closed.

Cornerstone exists for people who want to anchor in early and carry the project alongside us. It locks in the price forever: no matter what AnchoredTime adds or what the monthly price becomes, Cornerstone holders are covered.

Cornerstone is a one-time purchase and is not refundable after 14 days. If you purchase and decide within 14 days that it is not right for you, email support@anchoredtime.com and we will refund you.

Refund policy

Monthly and annual subscriptions: if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new paid tier, email support@anchoredtime.com and we will refund the charge. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.

We do not offer prorated refunds for downgrading mid-cycle. The unused portion of the higher tier remains active until the cycle ends.

Platform AI budget

Paid tiers include a monthly platform AI budget: a pool of AI credits AnchoredTime provides for features like Faithful Actions, Smart Recall, and weekly summaries. If you reach the budget limit before the month resets, AI features pause until the next cycle or until you add your own BYOK key.

The Covenant tier has the largest budget. For most personal devotional use, the Anchored budget is more than enough. If you journal extensively or use Smart Recall many times per day, Covenant or a BYOK key will give you more headroom.
