The four tiers

How to upgrade

Open Settings and go to Account. Choose Manage billing if you already pay, or See plans if you are on Seedling. Payment happens on this website. The iPhone and Android apps bill through the App Store and Google Play.

How to downgrade

Open Settings, go to Account, and choose Manage billing. Pick a lower plan there. Your prayers, journal, and entries stay.

How to cancel

Open Settings, go to Account, and choose Manage billing. Cancel there. After the current period, the account is Seedling. Your data stays.

Cornerstone pack

Cornerstone is a 150-seat pack. One payment of $1,500 covers 150 seats. It is not a personal lifetime plan, and it does not turn into a monthly bill.

Paying on this website costs less than the same plan in the Apple App Store or Google Play. The iPhone and Android apps bill through those stores.

30% of every dollar goes into the Anchorful Legacy Fund, working up to 50% of all revenue. The fund is not a separate price.

Cornerstone is a one-time purchase and is not refundable after 14 days. If you purchase and decide within 14 days that it is not right for you, email support@anchoredtime.com and we will refund you.

Refund policy

Monthly and annual subscriptions: if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new paid tier, email support@anchoredtime.com and we will refund the charge. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.

We do not offer prorated refunds for downgrading mid-cycle. The unused portion of the higher tier remains active until the cycle ends.

Platform AI budget

Paid tiers include a monthly platform AI budget: a pool of AI credits AnchoredTime provides for features like Faithful Actions, Smart Recall, and weekly summaries. If you reach the budget limit before the month resets, AI features pause until the next cycle or until you add your own BYOK key.

The Covenant tier has the largest budget. For most personal devotional use, the Anchored budget is more than enough. If you journal extensively or use Smart Recall many times per day, Covenant or a BYOK key will give you more headroom.
