v0.17.4: Pick up any plan you created, right where you left off

June 19, 2026

  • Your custom reading and study plans now save, resume, and track

A plan you generate is no longer a one-time view. Every custom reading plan and study plan you create is saved to a Your custom plans list on its page, with a progress bar showing how far you have walked. Open one any time to see the full day-by-day schedule, tap a day to jump straight to that passage in Scripture, and mark each day complete as you go. Study plans show their guided questions on every day. Your progress is private to you.

How to test: Generate a custom reading plan (or study plan on /bible/study-plans), then leave the page. Come back to /bible/plans and look for the Your custom plans section. Tap your plan to open it, tap a day's passage to read it, then tap the circle to mark the day complete. The progress bar should advance and the count (for example 1 of 7 complete) should update.

v0.17.3: Build your own AI Bible study plan

June 19, 2026

  • Tell us a theme and we will build a guided study, prompts and all

Study plans now have the same custom-build power as reading plans, but they go deeper. Covenant members can generate a fully custom study plan on any theme, and each day pairs a real Scripture passage with two to four guided questions that move from what you observe, to what it means, to how it applies to your walk with Jesus. Choose your length and translation, review the whole study before you commit, then save it and work through it day by day.

How to test: On /bible/study-plans, find the generate section (Covenant required). Enter a theme like "the book of James" or "forgiveness", choose a duration (try 7 days), and generate. Each day should show a passage plus a few study questions. Tap Start this plan, then open it from Your custom study plans to walk through it.

v0.17.2: Build your own AI Bible reading plan

June 19, 2026

  • Tell us a theme and we will build your reading plan, day by day

Covenant members can now generate a fully custom Bible reading plan on any theme or topic - anxiety, the Gospels, faith in the dark, the Holy Spirit, whatever you are walking through. Choose how many days (7 to 90), pick a translation, and the Anchored Coach builds a day-by-day schedule with real Scripture passages and a short title for each day. Review the whole plan before you commit, then enroll with one tap. Your generated plans live alongside the curated library on /bible/plans and work exactly like curated plans: today's passage shows up on your daily screen, you open it in the Workbench, and mark it done when you have read it.

How to test: On /bible/plans, tap Generate (Covenant required). Enter a theme like "anxiety" or "the Sermon on the Mount", choose a duration (try 7 days for a quick test), and tap Generate plan. After a few seconds the plan should appear with a day-by-day list. Tap Start this plan. The plan should appear in the section and today's passage should surface on your daily screen.

v0.17.1: Guided Bible study plans

June 19, 2026

  • Go deeper with a guided study plan

Reading plans tell you what to read. Study plans take you deeper. Each day of a study plan pairs a passage with guided questions that move you from what you observe in the text, to what it means, to how it applies to your walk with Jesus today. Three plans are available now: the Gospel of John across 14 days, the Psalms of Ascent (Psalms 120-134) across 15 days, and the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7) across 10 days. More plans are coming.

How to test: Browse the catalog. Tap Start this study on any plan. You should be enrolled and redirected to /bible/progress. Return to /bible/study-plans and you should see your plan marked Active plan with a View progress link instead of an enroll button.

v0.17.0: Pick a reading plan and follow Jesus through Scripture

June 19, 2026

  • Choose a Bible reading plan from one place

There is now a reading-plan catalog. Browse the plans, see how many days each takes, and start one in a tap. Your daily passage shows up on Today and your progress is saved as you go, so you can pick up right where you left off. Whichever plan you are already on is marked so you can jump straight to your progress.

How to test: Open Reading plans (from the Pick a reading plan link on Today, or go to /bible/plans). Tap Start this plan on one of them. You should land on your reading progress, and tomorrow's passage should appear on Today.

v0.16.3: Coach conversations now join your Scripture history

June 19, 2026

  • Bring a verse to your Coach and that conversation stays tied to the verse

When you bring a passage to the Anchored Coach from Scripture, that conversation is now anchored to the verse. Open the same passage again later and your Coach conversation appears in Your full history with this Scripture, alongside your notes, studies, devotionals, journaling, and prayers. It matches across translations. What you said to your Coach stays private and encrypted; the history only shows that a conversation happened and when.

How to test: Open a passage in Read, select it, and tap Bring to Coach (or Open in Coach). Have a short exchange. Then reopen that same passage and expand Your full history with this Scripture. A Coach conversation entry for today should be in the timeline.

    Test it on production

v0.16.2: See your full history with any Scripture

June 19, 2026

  • Every time you open a verse, see everything you have already done with it

Open the Your notes on this Scripture box and you will find a new Your full history with this Scripture section. Expand it to see a single timeline of every way you have engaged that passage: notes, reflections, Bible studies, devotionals, journaling, prayers, and Grounded Response sessions. It matches across translations, so a note you made in one version shows up when you read another. Your private journal and prayer entries are listed by kind and date only; their contents stay encrypted and are never shown here.

How to test: Open a passage you have used before in Read or Study. In the Your notes on this Scripture box, tap Your full history with this Scripture. It should expand to a timeline of your past interactions with that passage (notes, studies, devotionals, journaling, prayers), newest first. A passage you have never touched should say there is no history yet.

v0.16.1: Write a note on any verse while you read

June 19, 2026

  • Add a Helpful note or Personal reflection to any Scripture, right where you read it

Until now you could only attach a note to a verse from inside a devotional. Now, anywhere you read or study Scripture, there is an Add a note button on the passage. Jot a Helpful note or a Personal reflection and it is saved to that verse, encrypted, and it comes back every time you open that Scripture again, in any translation. Your notes travel with the verse, not the page.

How to test: Open a passage in Read or Study. In the Your notes on this Scripture box, tap Add a note, choose Helpful note or Personal reflection, write something, and Save. It should appear immediately. Open that same passage again later and your note should still be there.

v0.16.0: Add your own Faithful Actions to Today

June 19, 2026

  • Capture your own next faithful steps, with a due date and priority

Until now, Today's Faithful Action was a single suggestion drawn from your plan. Now you can add your own forward steps right on Today: the call you need to make, the conversation to have, the small obedient move. Each can carry a due date and a priority, and they sort sensibly so what matters most and what is due soonest rises to the top. Mark one done, set one aside, or hand any of them to your Coach in one tap. Everything you write is encrypted before it is stored.

How to test: On Today, under Your Faithful Actions, tap Add. Give it a title, optionally set a due date and priority, then Save. It should appear in the list, ordered by priority and due date. Mark one done with the check, set one aside with the X, or tap the chat icon to bring it to your Coach.

v0.15.0: Reset audio that keeps playing on iPhone, and a Coach that remembers

June 16, 2026

  • Anchored Reset audio no longer goes silent on your phone

On iPhone, the sound used to cut out the moment the screen locked or you switched apps mid-session. Now the moment you come back, the audio re-arms itself, and if your phone still blocks it there is a one-tap Tap to resume so you are never left in silence. Breath, sound, and body regulation stay with you through the whole Reset.

How to test: On your iPhone, start a Reset session and let the sound begin. Lock the screen (or switch apps) for a few seconds, then come back. The audio should pick right back up. If it ever pauses, tap the Tap to resume pill.

    Test it on production
  • Your Coach now remembers your Anchors and your Reset sessions

The Anchored Coach now draws on what you are actually focusing on this season - your Anchors - and on the Reset rituals you have been practicing, so its encouragement is grounded in your real walk rather than generic advice. Nothing private is exposed: the Coach sees the shape of your focus and your regulation, not raw entries.

How to test: Open the Coach and ask something like "what should I focus on today?" It should reference your current Anchors. If you have done a Reset recently, ask how to steady yourself and it should know that rhythm.

    Test it on production
  • The real Anchorful anchor mark is now everywhere

The placeholder logo is gone. The official Anchorful Brand Eco anchor now sits in the header and on every shared link, in both day and night styles, so the app finally looks like the brand it is.

How to test: Look at the header on any page and confirm the real anchor mark. Share a link to a page and confirm the preview card shows the brand colors.

v0.14.9: Save any devotional as a world-class PDF (day or night)

June 16, 2026

  • Download a beautiful branded PDF - light for printing, dark for reading

Saved devotionals now export as a polished, branded PDF in two styles: a Day version (light, print-friendly) and a Night version (dark, easy on the eyes). The PDF follows whichever view you are reading, Short or Full, and you can Share it straight to Files, iCloud, Drive, or Mail from your phone. Your devotionals are yours: take them anywhere, on any device, no lock-in.

How to test: Open My Devotionals, open a saved devotional, pick Short or Full, then tap PDF (Day) or PDF (Night) under Export. On a phone, tap Share to send it to Files, Drive, or Mail.

v0.14.8: Add your milestones to any calendar

June 16, 2026

  • Export your dated milestones to Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar

Your PurStrAction milestones with dates are commitments, so they belong on your real calendar. Open the Calendar page and tap Add to calendar to download a standard .ics file of every dated milestone. Import it into Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar in a couple of taps. Open format, on your device, no lock-in.

How to test: Open Calendar, tap Add to calendar (top right), then open the downloaded .ics in Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. (Add a date to a milestone on your plan first if you have none.)

v0.14.7: Export any devotional to Markdown or JSON

June 16, 2026

  • Take your devotionals with you - Markdown and JSON, not just PDF

Saved devotionals now export three ways. Alongside Export PDF, you can download any devotional as Markdown (ready to drop into Obsidian or any notes app, with full front matter) or as structured JSON that keeps every section intact. Your devotionals are yours: open formats, on your device, no lock-in.

How to test: Open My Devotionals, open a saved devotional, and tap Markdown or JSON under Export. The file downloads to your device - open the .md in Obsidian or any editor.

v0.14.6: Bring anything to the Anchored Coach

June 16, 2026

  • A Bring to Coach button on every surface

Prayers, journal entries, Grounded Response reflections, and saved devotionals now each have a Bring to Coach action. Tap it and the Anchored Coach opens in place with that item already loaded, and the conversation starts itself - no copying, no retyping, no dead ends. The whole platform is one connected circle: anything you are sitting with can become a conversation with your coach in one tap.

How to test: Open any prayer (or a journal entry, Grounded Response, or saved devotional) and tap Bring to Coach. The coach panel should open with it loaded and start talking.

    Test it on production

v0.14.5: Plan milestones with the Anchored Coach

June 15, 2026

  • Backwards-plan a strategy in conversation

Open a strategy on My Plan and tap Plan with Coach. The Anchored Coach walks with you backwards from what you sense God is stirring in you: it asks first, reflects back what it hears, and only then offers a draft milestone you can edit, confirm, or set aside. You always author the final step, and missing one is a season reality, never a measure of your standing. When you confirm a draft, it lands under that strategy on your plan.

How to test: Open My Plan, expand a strategy, and tap Plan with Coach. Confirm a drafted milestone and check it appears under that strategy.

    Test it on production

v0.14.4: Milestones on your PurStrAction plan

June 15, 2026

  • Add dated checkpoints under each strategy

Your PurStrAction plan now has a Milestones layer between each Strategy and its daily Faithful Actions. A milestone is a dated checkpoint on the way (for example, first three chapters drafted by the end of summer). Open My Plan, expand a strategy, and add, rename, date, complete, or remove milestones inline. They appear on each Anchor view too, so the path from purpose to today's step stays visible.

How to test: Open My Plan, expand a strategy, add a milestone with a date, then mark it complete.

    Test it on production

v0.14.3: My Devotionals library and PDF export

June 11, 2026

  • Every devotional you generate is now saved automatically

Your devotionals are saved as you generate them - no extra tap required. Open My Devotionals from the More menu (or the link below any finished devotional) to see your full library, sorted newest first. Each one reopens with the full 16-section view and Short/Full toggle.

  • Export any saved devotional to PDF

Tap Export PDF on any saved devotional to open your browser print dialog, then choose Save as PDF. The printed layout strips all app chrome and renders a clean, readable devotional with the Scripture citation. Your data, your device, your PDF - no server involved.

How to test: Open My Devotionals, open a saved devotional, and tap Export PDF, then Save as PDF in the print dialog.

v0.14.2: Voice minute balance card and admin grant controls

June 10, 2026

  • See your voice minute balance in Settings

A new card in Settings - Usage shows exactly how many live voice coach minutes you have left this month, a usage bar, and a list of your recent sessions. The balance updates automatically after each call.

  • Admin minute grants

Admins can now grant extra voice minutes to any user with an optional expiry date and reason. Grants stack on top of the plan allowance. The full grant history (including revoked grants) is visible in the admin user detail view.

v0.14.1: Anchors are seasonal focal points; daily dose actions renamed Faithful Actions

June 10, 2026

  • Anchors are seasonal focal points across all pillars

The in-app language and help articles now make clear that an Anchor is one of your seasonal focal points - not just a faith practice. Anchors span all three pillars and nine sub-domains: prayer, Scripture, vocation, family, health, finances, friendships, mission, community. Anything Jesus has your attention on this season belongs here.

  • Daily dose actions are now called Faithful Actions

The small daily step that keeps an anchor alive for the day is now called a Faithful Action throughout the app, help, FAQ, and onboarding. The underlying feature is the same. The new name ties directly to the Action in PurStrAction - Purpose and Strategy are the Anchors; Action is the Faithful Action you take each day.

v0.14.0: New pricing, live voice coach minutes, and one-tap checkout

June 10, 2026

  • Updated plans

Plans are now Seedling (free), Anchored ($30/mo or $300/yr), Covenant ($50/mo or $500/yr), and Cornerstone ($1,500 once, lifetime, capped at 150 founding seats). Seedling now includes 10 text coach messages a month and a one-time taste of the live voice coach.

  • Live voice coach on every plan, by the minute

The live voice coach is now available on every plan, metered by minutes: a one-time 1-minute taste on free, 5 minutes a month on Anchored, and 15 minutes a month on Covenant. Bring your own AI access to talk without a minute cap on any plan.

  • One-tap checkout

Upgrade buttons across the app now open secure Stripe checkout directly, and you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel from Settings. Signed-out visitors who pick a plan are guided through sign-up and straight into checkout.

How to test: Open Pricing, pick a plan, and confirm it opens Stripe checkout (test mode) directly.

v0.13.0: Live Voice Coach

June 9, 2026

  • Talk with your coach out loud

Open the Coach and switch to Talk for a real, spoken conversation with your Anchored Coach. It greets you, listens, and responds in real time, and you can talk over it any time the way you would with a person. It is the same coach, grounded in your foundation and your style, just out loud. You can choose the voice it speaks with and set the persona and coaching style before each conversation. Available on Covenant, or on any plan when you bring your own AI access (advanced). Conversations are saved to your coach history.

v0.12.0: Simpler pricing, Anchored Coach, 4,000 Weeks, and fixes

June 8, 2026

  • Simpler pricing: three plans plus lifetime

Pricing is now Seedling (free), Anchored ($10/mo or $100/yr), Covenant ($20/mo or $200/yr), and Cornerstone ($600 once, lifetime). The old four-tier structure is retired: the former Rooted features are now part of Anchored, so the everyday plan does more for less.

  • Anchored Coach: style spectrum and saved conversations

The coach now adapts its style from gentle encourager to direct challenger and draws on CBT and reflective coaching technique. The full coach, with coaching styles and saved conversations so you can pick back up where you left off, is part of the Covenant tier. Seedling and Anchored get 10 free coach messages to try it first.

  • 4,000 Weeks: see your life in weeks

Set your birth date in Settings and open Life to see the weeks of a life laid out with the current week highlighted: a quiet way to number your days (Psalm 90:12).

  • Everything is findable

Smart search now connects across your journal, prayers, coach conversations, Scripture reflections, and Anchors. Search any thought and related entries surface together (paid plans).

  • Fixes from real-world testing

Anchored Reset breathing now plays audio inhale and exhale cues with a smooth animation; voice click-to-speak, Bible study capture, and the consistency calendar all work reliably; and active Anchors are kept to five personal plus five business so your focus stays on what matters this season.

v0.11.18: Save devotionals to your journal (PM-621)

May 13, 2026

  • Devotionals can now be saved to your journal with one tap

After your devotional finishes streaming, tap Save to journal to add it to your journal as a permanent record. The entry is titled with the passage name and contains the full devotional text - intro, reflection, PurStrAction application block, and closing prayer. If you tap Save on the same devotional twice, only one entry is created. Saved entries appear on your journal page and can be searched, tagged, and linked like any other entry.

v0.11.17: Install AnchoredTime as an app on desktop and mobile (PM-661)

May 13, 2026

  • Install AnchoredTime as an app on desktop and mobile

AnchoredTime is a Progressive Web App. When your browser supports it, you will see an Install app button in the top bar on desktop and a banner at the bottom of the screen on mobile. Click Install and your browser will add AnchoredTime to your home screen or taskbar so it opens like a native app without the browser chrome. On iPhone and iPad, Safari does not support the automatic install prompt, so a one-time hint will appear with instructions: tap the Share button and choose Add to Home Screen. You can dismiss the prompt and it will reappear after 30 days if you change your mind.

v0.11.16: Bible reading anchor type (PM-617)

May 13, 2026

  • Your reading plan lives inside your daily anchors

You can now create a Daily Anchor with the type set to Bible Reading. When you do, today's passage from your active reading plan appears directly inside that anchor card on the Today screen - no separate section to hunt for. Tap Mark read to advance the plan and check off the anchor in one step. Tap Open to jump to that passage in the Bible Workbench. If you do not have a reading plan yet, the card shows a prompt to pick one. Once you enroll, the passage appears automatically every morning.

v0.11.14: Persona-aware Coach and MFD voice (PM-605, PM-620)

May 13, 2026

  • Persona setting now shapes every AI response

Your Foundation now has a Persona field (AnchorDad, AnchorMom, AnchorTeens, or none). Set it once and the Anchored Coach and Minimum Faithful Dose generator both read it. AnchorDad frames answers around leading your home, providing for your family, and the weight of fatherhood. AnchorMom leans into household rhythm, nurturing faith in your children, and gentle strength. AnchorTeens speaks to identity formation, school, friendships, and lifelong calling. The Scripture reference and the core MFD action stay grounded in your actual Anchors - persona only changes the tone. Leave it on none to keep the default unisex Christ-centered voice.

v0.11.13: Universal search across journal, prayer, Bible study, foundation (PM-611)

May 13, 2026

  • Search everything from one place

Tap the search icon in the top bar to open the search page. Type a word or phrase and results appear automatically from your journal entries, prayer requests, Bible study blocks, and coaching foundation - all scoped to your account. Results group by type and link directly to the source record so you can open it in one tap.

v0.11.12: Weekly Review organized under ACT-ION phases (PM-626)

May 13, 2026

  • Weekly Review now organized under the 6 ACT-ION phases

Your weekly review is now structured as a walk through the ACT-ION execution loop: Assess and Accept Anew, Clarify to Create, Trust to Transform, Integrate, Overcome, and Never Cease. Each existing section (Faithful Wheel, pillar coverage, AI reflections, answered prayers) is mapped to the phase it belongs in. The questions and cards are unchanged - only the grouping is new. A 6-phase breadcrumb at the top of the review shows the full loop at a glance. Each phase section is collapsible so you can focus where you need to.

v0.11.11: Coach-guided PurStrAction intake

May 13, 2026

  • Walk with Jesus into your Calling, Mission, and daily Action

The PurStrAction intake is a new 8-step guided conversation that walks you through your Calling, Mission, one-year and five-year Vision, and current Season. From your answers, the AI Coach proposes Purposes (the WHY), Strategies (the HOW), and Actions (the WHAT) - all rooted in Faith, Stewardship, and Legacy. You review and edit everything before confirming. Any Action can be promoted directly to a daily Anchor so it shows up on your Today screen every day. Find it at /purstraction or from the Start your PurStrAction plan card on your Today screen.

  • Plan board: Purpose, Strategy, and Action in one view

After completing the intake, your plan appears as a nested card layout. Tap any title to edit it inline. Changes save immediately. The Promote to Anchor button on any Action creates an Anchor in your daily rhythm and links back to the plan card so you can see exactly which Actions are already active.

  • Coach reads your plan in every conversation

The Anchored Coach now reads your Calling, Mission, and active Strategies as context before responding. When you ask for guidance, the Coach can speak into your actual direction rather than offering generic advice.

v0.11.10: End-in-Mind reflection (PM-628)

May 13, 2026

  • Week-one reflection prompt on your daily screen

After your first seven days in AnchoredTime, a reflection card appears on your daily screen between your Anchors and Today in Scripture. It asks you to write the three sentences you would want the people you love most to read about your life. The idea is drawn from Stephen Covey's second habit and anchored in 2 Timothy 4:7 - Paul finishing the race he knew he was running. You write once, save it, and the card disappears. Your response is private and is never shared with the AI coach or any third party.

v0.11.9: Onboarding PurStrAction column headers (PM-625)

May 13, 2026

  • PURPOSE / STRATEGY / ACTION labels above the onboarding progress dots

The 7-step onboarding wizard now shows three framework column headers above the step dots. Steps 1-3 (Welcome, Pillars, Sub-domains) sit under PURPOSE. Steps 4-6 (Anchors, Season, First Goal) sit under STRATEGY. Step 7 (Action Pulse) sits under ACTION. The active column header lights up as you progress. No steps were removed or merged - this is a visual grouping only.

v0.11.7: Performance pass - lazy images and font-display swap (PM-588)

May 13, 2026

  • Lazy images on all below-the-fold content

Every image below the first visible viewport now uses loading=lazy so the browser does not fetch them until the user scrolls near them. Hero images and the framework diagram keep their priority flag so the browser preloads them before paint. This reduces initial page weight and helps Largest Contentful Paint on image-heavy pages.

  • Font-display swap confirmed for Inter

The Inter font loaded via next/font/google already ships with display=swap in the @font-face declaration. Text renders in the system font immediately and swaps to Inter once it loads, eliminating the invisible-text flash that tanks First Contentful Paint on slow connections.

  • WCAG 1.4.4 zoom fix - pinch-zoom re-enabled

The maximum-scale=1 viewport restriction has been removed. Pinch-to-zoom now works on all pages, which is required for WCAG 1.4.4 (Resize Text) and improves accessibility scores for users with low vision who rely on screen magnification.

  • Pricing page accessibility improvements

The monthly/annual billing toggle now has an accessible label for screen readers. The Cornerstone badge and CTA button now use dark text on amber instead of white, meeting the 4.5:1 WCAG AA contrast ratio. The tier grid heading order is correct so screen reader users navigate a clean h1 - h2 - h3 outline.

v0.11.6: Search engine site verification ready (PM-647 + PM-648)

May 13, 2026

  • Google Search Console site verification

AnchoredTime now outputs a Google Search Console verification meta tag when the GOOGLE_SITE_VERIFICATION environment variable is set in Vercel. The tag is omitted entirely when the variable is absent, so there are no broken or empty meta tags on the live site.

  • Bing Webmaster Tools site verification

Bing Webmaster Tools verification is supported via the msvalidate.01 meta tag, driven by the BING_SITE_VERIFICATION environment variable. Both tokens are read at build time and injected cleanly through the Next.js Metadata API - no tokens are ever hardcoded in source.

v0.11.4: 5-tier Stripe pricing live, checkout active (PM-581)

May 13, 2026

  • 5-tier Stripe pricing live, checkout active

All four paid plans - Anchored ($9/mo or $79/yr), Rooted ($19/mo or $159/yr), Covenant ($34/mo or $289/yr), and Cornerstone ($249 lifetime, 150 seats) - are now provisioned in Stripe test mode with verified price IDs wired into every environment. The checkout flow reads price IDs from environment variables so swapping test to live requires no code changes.

  • Idempotent provisioner script

The provisioner script at web/scripts/provision-stripe-products.mjs is safe to re-run at any time. It detects existing Stripe products and prices by metadata rather than creating duplicates. Every price carries env_key, tier_slug, and billing_interval metadata so the webhook can route correctly without guessing.

  • Contract-pinning unit test

A new unit test (tiers-env-coverage.test.ts) pins the 7-key Stripe price contract so any accidental rename in TIER_CONFIG breaks at test time rather than silently breaking checkout at runtime.

v0.11.3: Free MFD lead magnet live at /free (PM-644)

May 13, 2026

  • Try AnchoredTime in 60 seconds, no signup

The new public /free page asks one question: where are you stuck in your walk with Jesus this week? You get back one Minimum Faithful Dose action plus a Scripture reference from the World English Bible. No credit card, no signup, no spam.

  • Privacy-first by design

Email is captured for follow-up. Your raw IP is never stored. We hash it (SHA-256) to dedupe submissions, that is the only thing kept. Rate-limited to 3 per IP per day so scrapers cannot drain the AI budget.

  • Christ-centered AI prompt rooted in canonical brand voice

The generator reads from the AnchoredTime canonical brand doc (walk with Jesus, daily, living in His likeness) and the PurStrAction framework. No religious-speak. No optimization language. Just the next faithful step.

v0.11.2: Funnel analytics live (PM-650)

May 12, 2026

  • We can now see drop-off across the whole funnel

Vercel Analytics is now wired into every key moment: account created, onboarding finished, foundation complete, first Minimum Faithful Dose, first anchor marked complete, subscription upgraded, and subscription canceled. The funnel chart shows exactly where people drop off so we can focus improvements where they matter most.

  • Speed Insights added

Vercel Speed Insights now runs on every page. Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) are tracked in real-time on production traffic so we catch performance regressions before they affect the daily walk.

  • Privacy-first by design

v0.11.1: PurStrAction™ + ACT•ION™ executive framework diagram (PM-623)

May 12, 2026

  • Framework diagram now lives on /framework

The PurStrAction™ and ACT•ION™ frameworks now have an executive-level SVG diagram embedded at the top of the /framework page. It shows all three columns (PURPOSE, STRATEGY, ACTION) with their sub-items, and the full ACT•ION™ execution loop (Assess and Accept Anew, Clarify to Create, Trust to Transform, Integrate, Overcome, Never Cease) with gradient arcs that distinguish the ACT phase from the ION phase.

  • Light and dark variants, SVG and PNG

Four files ship: light SVG, dark SVG, and PNG fallbacks at 1200x900 for both. The framework page auto-selects the correct variant based on the visitor's color-scheme preference. All text matches the canonical ACT-ION Framework doc verbatim.

v0.11.0: Foundation lite onboarding capture (PM-599)

May 12, 2026

  • Four Foundation prompts at the end of onboarding

After the main 7-step onboarding wizard, new users walk through four short Foundation prompts before landing on their daily dashboard. The prompts name their current season, their God-given roles, their top pressure, and their 90-day direction. Answers are stored in the coaching_foundation table and immediately available to the AI Coach, MFD generator, and Drift detector.

  • Voice or typed - your choice

Every Foundation prompt has a mic button. Tap it, speak your answer, and Whisper transcribes it into the field. Or just type. Either path saves. Skip any prompt and fill it in later at /foundation.

  • Christ-centered framing throughout

Every prompt is written in plain, direct language rooted in walking with Jesus. No wellness-speak. No journaling-app tone. 'Name the season Jesus has you in right now.' 'Where has God called you to lead?' This is a Foundation for discipleship, not a personality survey.

  • Under 90 seconds with voice

The four prompts are designed to be answered fast. A short spoken answer on each one gets the Coach enough context to be useful. Depth comes later at /foundation as your season changes.

v0.10.9: Foundation context wired into every AI surface (PM-603)

May 12, 2026

  • MFD now knows your season

The Minimum Faithful Dose recommendation reads your Foundation before choosing which anchor to surface. When you have a Mission set, the reason connects your next step to where God has called you this season. AnchorDad persona gets fatherhood-grounded framing; AnchorMom gets motherhood framing.

  • Drift scoring weights your priorities

Pillars you have listed in Pillars in focus are weighted 1.5x in neglect scoring. If Faith is in your Foundation as a priority and you have gone quiet there, the Drift report surfaces it with more weight than a pillar you have not claimed.

  • Tag inference reads your season

When the AI infers tags on a journal or prayer entry, it reads your Foundation first. Your season, pillars, and anchors shift confidence scores so tags reflect your actual life, not a generic taxonomy.

  • Weekly summaries and Quarterly reviews personalized

Weekly prayer summaries now close by connecting the week's themes to your Mission when one is set. Quarterly reviews name your season from Foundation, surface how the quarter moved toward your Mission, and note when Foundation is over 90 days old.

  • Graceful when Foundation is empty

Every AI surface degrades cleanly if Foundation is not yet filled in. You will get the same quality output you always have -- Foundation just makes it sharper when you take five minutes to fill it out.

v0.10.8: Foundation editor at /foundation (PM-600)

May 12, 2026

  • Your Foundation now has a home

Foundation moved from /coach/foundation to its own top-level /foundation route. Sidebar has a direct link. Every field has inline edit, voice-or-typed input, and saves without a page reload. The last-updated timestamp shows when you tuned each field.

  • Persona dropdown

Pick none, AnchorDad, AnchorMom, or AnchorTeens. Your persona will start shaping how the AI Coach, MFD generator, and Drift detector speak to you. Per-persona prompt wiring follows in a near-term update.

  • Voice or type, per field

Tap the mic on any field, speak your season or roles, and Whisper transcribes it into the field. Edit by hand any time. Both paths persist.

v0.10.7: Personal Reflection blocks auto-pipeline to journal (PM-610)

May 12, 2026

  • Personal Reflections appear in your daily journal

When you write a Personal Reflection (P-R:) block in the Bible Workbench, a journal entry is created automatically within seconds. It shows up on your /journal page alongside your hand-written entries, tagged with the passage reference and marked as coming from a Bible study session. Your daily record now captures what God is saying to you through Scripture without you having to copy anything.

  • Helpful Notes stay in the Workbench

Helpful Notes (H-N:) - commentary, cross-references, historical background - remain in the Workbench only. This is intentional: your personal response to Scripture belongs in your life record; reference material belongs where you study. The canonical Grounded Response order is preserved.

  • Verse reference search across journal and workbench

Journal search now finds entries by verse reference. If your Personal Reflection mentioned [[John 3:16]], searching your journal for John 3:16 returns that entry. Scripture references cross both surfaces.

  • Bible study badge on journal cards

Journal entries sourced from Bible study sessions show a small amber badge: From Bible study: {passage}. Tapping the badge takes you back to that passage in the Workbench so you can pick up where you left off.

v0.10.6: Grounded Response notes pane in the Bible Workbench (PM-609)

May 12, 2026

  • Grounded Response notes editor

The right pane of the Bible Workbench is now a full Grounded Response note editor. Type P-R: at the start of any line to open a Personal Reflection block (amber border, Faith pillar). Type H-N: to open a Helpful Notes block (teal border, Stewardship pillar). Personal Reflection always appears before Helpful Notes, matching the canonical Grounded Response order: hear from God first, consult outside sources second.

  • Auto-save and block persistence

Notes save automatically five seconds after you stop typing. Notes are stored as typed blocks in your study session, so they persist across visits. When you return to the same passage, your PR and HN blocks are right where you left them.

  • Verse reference pills

Click a verse reference in the notes preview to jump the reader pane to that passage. Verse refs are inserted into your notes by clicking verses in the reader, creating a connected annotation layer between what you are reading and what you are writing.

  • Edit and Preview tabs

Toggle between Edit mode (plain text with P-R: and H-N: shorthands) and Preview mode (rendered blocks with amber and teal styling). A shortcuts popover in the editor explains the available shorthands.

v0.10.5: Bible reader translation switcher and pagination (PM-608)

May 12, 2026

  • Translation switcher in the Bible Workbench

The center pane of the Bible Workbench now shows a full translation switcher with all supported translations in canonical preference order (NLT first). Entitled translations - NLT, CSB, NIV, KJV, ASV, WEB - are fully clickable. ESV, NASB95, AMP, and LSB appear grayed with a tooltip explaining they will unlock after an API.Bible commercial-tier upgrade. Your selection is saved to your profile immediately.

  • Biblica display-cap pagination

Long passages are now split into cap-compliant sections automatically. Biblica-licensed translations (NLT, NIV) show at most 25 verses per page per Biblica Terms of Service. Public-domain translations (KJV, ASV, WEB) allow up to 50 verses per page. Prev and Next buttons let you move through multi-section passages without losing your place.

  • AI Coach uses your preferred translation

The Anchored Coach now reads your preferred Bible translation from your profile and instructs the AI to quote Scripture in that translation. Pass translation= in any coach API call to override per-session.

v0.10.4: Daily reading checklist on /today (PM-616)

May 12, 2026

  • Daily reading checklist card on /today

Your active Bible reading plan now shows up right on the /today dashboard. See today's passage, tap to mark it done, or jump straight into the Bible Workbench with the passage pre-loaded. No active plan? A one-tap CTA links to the plan picker. The checklist sits in the 'Today in Scripture' section, below your Anchors.

  • One-tap deep-link to Bible Workbench

Tapping 'Open' from the reading checklist navigates to /bible with the passage and translation pre-filled. The Workbench fetches the passage automatically so you land directly in Scripture, not a blank input.

v0.10.3: Markdown data import (restore from export)

May 12, 2026

  • Data import (/settings/import)

Restore your AnchoredTime history from a previously-exported zip. The import is additive and idempotent - duplicates are detected and skipped so re-importing the same zip is always safe. Supports all five content types: anchors, prayers, journal entries, Bible study sessions, and coaching foundation. Capped at 50 MB / 5 000 entries. Rate-limited to 2 imports per day.

  • Help article: Restoring from an export (/help/data-export)

The existing data-export help article now includes a step-by-step restore guide, covering how to use the import page, idempotency behaviour, and format requirements.

v0.10.2: Launch gate scaffolded

May 12, 2026

  • Pre-launch waitlist gate (PM-595)

AnchoredTime now has a controlled gate between waitlist mode and full commercial launch. In waitlist mode, new signups land on /launching-soon after auth. Stripe checkout is suppressed until the gate is flipped. Admin-allowlisted users can access the full app at any time. The gate flips with a single env var change (NEXT_PUBLIC_LAUNCH_MODE=launched) and a Vercel redeploy -- no code change required.

  • Admin launch page (/admin/launch)

New admin page showing current launch mode, flip procedure, and a list of early-access users. Read-only for now; toggle functionality ships in a follow-up.

  • FAQ: When is AnchoredTime launching?

New FAQ entry in the Launch group answers the most common waitlist question with an honest timeline and social follow prompt.

v0.10.2: Markdown data export (Obsidian-compatible)

May 12, 2026

  • Data export (/settings/export)

Export your entire AnchoredTime history as a zip of Obsidian-compatible Markdown files. Prayers, journal entries, daily anchors (with completion history), Bible study sessions, and your coaching foundation - one file per entry, with YAML frontmatter. Open in Obsidian, Notion, iA Writer, or any text editor. Rate-limited to 5 exports per day.

  • Help article: Exporting your data (/help/data-export)

New help article covering what is included in the export, the zip folder structure, frontmatter format, how to open in Obsidian, and privacy notes.

v0.10.1: Bible API hardening

May 12, 2026

  • Passage display cap (PM-592)

The Bible Workbench now enforces the API.Bible / Biblica ToS limit of 2 chapters or 25 verses per request. If you request a larger range the Workbench explains the limit and asks for a smaller one. Psalm 119 is exempt as a recognized single-chapter classic.

  • 30-day passage cache (PM-593)

Passages you look up are now cached in Supabase for 30 days, matching the API.Bible cache-refresh requirement. Repeat reads load instantly and spare your API quota. A daily maintenance cron purges expired entries automatically.

v0.10.0: Coach, Bible Workbench, Devotional, Framework canon

May 12, 2026

  • Anchored Coach (/coach)

Voice-first AI coaching surface powered by SSE streaming. Your coach responds from your foundation context: pillars, active Anchors, and anything you have shared. Rooted in Scripture and the PurStrAction framework. Set your foundation at /coach/foundation.

  • Bible Workbench (/bible)

Three-pane Scripture surface. Read any passage across multiple translations, highlight and annotate, cross-reference without leaving the app. The workbench is the entry point for both Bible Study sessions and Devotional generation.
